Our target bicycle pace is about 15 mph. Want faster or slower? Just let us know, we can cater to your speed.
Bike rental, if required, and food are not included, however, we can help you arrange a decent rental. Please bring your pedals, shoes, helmet, and your kit if possible.
Based on your bicycle route and where you are staying we will meet at a convenient location or can arrange pickup. If renting a bike, we ask that you have already picked it up and made any needed adjustments unless otherwise instructed before we meet.

Bespoke Routes
All cycling routes are custom designed based on your riding ability and personal preferences. By completing our Book A Ride, you’ll answer a few brief questions that allow us to begin a conversation and design a ride tailored specifically to you.
Food and coffee stops are optional and fully customizable. While espresso and pastries are popular choices, North County also offers excellent bagels, pizza, Mexican cuisine, and classic American fare. If you prefer to ride without food stops, routes can be planned accordingly. Every ride is built around your interests.
Where We Ride
La Jolla routes feature the iconic La Jolla Cove, scenic coastal roads, shopping opportunities, and outstanding cafés. Riders seeking a challenge can tackle short, punchy climbs that lead past impressive homes to panoramic city views.
Just north, Del Mar offers both coastal routes and climbing options, passing multimillion-dollar oceanfront estates. For riders who prefer added comfort, select routes begin on protected bike paths.
Inland from the coast lies Rancho Santa Fe, known for expansive gated communities, equestrian properties, and some of the region’s most popular cycling roads. These lightly traveled routes pass through areas of historic wealth and well-known enclaves.
Along the coast, Solana Beach, Cardiff, and Encinitas provide an authentic San Diego surf culture experience. Riding along Highway 101 includes bluff-top stops overlooking renowned surf breaks, offering excellent photo opportunities and unobstructed ocean views.
Carlsbad and Oceanside, the northernmost coastal cities in San Diego County, offer routes through Carlsbad Village and Barrio, extending north toward Oceanside. Highlights include passing the famous Top Gun house and enjoying views from the Oceanside Pier, with optional protected bike paths available.
For riders seeking a more inland experience, San Marcos, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, and 4S Ranch offer diverse terrain with increased climbing, bike paths, and hidden local cafés, donut shops, and bakeries—ideal for exploring beyond the coast.
